I'm from Chennai. This kesavatheeram hospital is very good at treatment. The doctors are simple, humble and approachable. The therapists, office staff, canteen staff are all good. I have had a feel of home away from home. Food is good at reasonable price. Every one is very hospitable. Had a good experience here. We visited the Specialty Wing of Kesavatheeram Ayurveda Hospital for my mother's treatment. She was diagnosed with lumbar spinal canal stenosis, with a history of lower back pain radiating to the lower limb. We consulted with the Medical Director, Dr. Kesavan Vediramana, and Dr. Tulasi Mam, and she received treatment under their care. My parents stayed there for close to 15 days for the treatment, and it was definitely a great experience. She started feeling better after the treatment and continues to seek advice from the doctors post-treatment as well. Having said that, I would also like to mention that one should not expect miracles to happen after one phase of treatment, as it depends a lot on the severity of the condition and the overall self-care in daily life.

Furthermore, I wish to highlight the exceptional aspects of this hospital as follows:

Treatment: Very appropriate diagnosis and effective treatment provided by an excellent and dedicated team of therapists at the well-maintained Panchakarma Theatre. We had been trying various other treatments for almost two years, but the treatment at Kesavatheeram far surpassed other places in identifying the root causes of the problem and administering the treatment.

Charges: Very affordable. The rent for well-furnished rooms, treatment, medicine charges, and canteen charges are reasonable and affordable. Sometimes they provide lunch with a variety of Jaggery payasam, etc., without any extra charges, in addition to the routine menu at absolutely nominal charges. The quality and quantity of food are good, with due consideration for Pathya Aahar.

Health Insurance Claim: This is one of the best things I have experienced. Despite being a non-network, government-registered hospital, I was able to claim the hospital expenses under my corporate medical insurance. I would like to give a special mention to Mr. Radhakrishnan and the staff associated with the billing and Insurance claim section for their full-fledged support from the beginning and in responding to the limited queries received from the insurance desk. In summary, the entire claim was processed without any deductions in an unbelievable record time because of the quick response provided by the hospital.

My wife had the treatment for "SANDIGATA VATA " at this Hospital. Ten days treatment has brought a lot of relief  from ailments. Dr Tulasi Mam, other  doctors and the  therapists at this Hospital were always ready to help her without hesitation and with smiling face and friendly approach.  The way the follow the patient and applying holistic approach  is incredible and best example of hospitality.  The quality of food is A Grade. The maintenance of rooms, Panchakarma theaters are excellent.
The treatment charges, cost of medicine and tasty canteen foods are very reasonable and affordable.
Based on the accurate, prompt preparation  staff.

Self + wife both 70+ age admitted in this hospital for peripheral neuropathy and neck pain, respectively  in last month for 14 days. Got relieved well. Now decided to do yearly basis minimum for 3 - 5 years. Good 5  -  6  doctors, Dr. Kesavan Namboodiri,  chief Dr.,  Dr. Tulsi  - along with 3  -  4  RMO doctors, well experienced, behaved therapists, canteen staff with hot good food served. 25+ bedded hospital,  many treatment rooms with quality medicines n well attended to the patients. Took round other than hospital building n saw a well maintained herbal garden,  plants,  large canteen with timely good, very  reasonably priced food served.  Altogether,  shortly very good.  Appreciate the qualified, experienced,  soft-spoken doctors, therapists, canteen staff, housekeeping staff for their service to patients n nation. Kesavatheeram Ayurveda hospital in Ezhilode (35 kms from Kannur) offers a complete package and use holistic approach to healing, natural therapies, and personalized care for the bodily ailment with overall well-being, individualized treatment plans and the use of natural remedies. The serene atmosphere and skilled practitioners (team of RMO, assistants) add to the conducive healing and relaxation.
I visited the place on a recommendation for the back pain of my mother and was touched by the care and treatment of each individual.

Excellent services and great hospitality. I had been in Kesavatheeram for my treatment for almost 40days. I had a very great healing experience.  "Second home" is what I would like to call this place.

Medical staff- Doctors and therapists are very dedicated, considerate in clearing all my doubts and concerns, which has made my healing journey a comfortable one. Production house staffs made sure to bring  freshly prepared medicines on time.
Premises- Green, serene, quiet environment, reminds us the importance of living with nature. Soft music playing in the premises makes us calm down while strolling through the greenery.
Room- Spacious and bright room with AC and smart TV at an affordable rate. Cleaning staff are so good that they make sure to keep room and bathroom clean after each therapy session.
Food- Vegetarian diet. Myself being a non-veg, I was not sure if I could tolerate a veg diet for a long time. But I was wrong. The food here has taught me the magic veg diet can do in our body.
Canteen staff- Very clean and hygienic kitchen and dining hall. Since I had diet restrictions due to ongoing treatment, they made sure to prepare alternate side dishes for me, which was very kind, considering their busy schedule. Shantha chechi, Thomas Chetan and other staffs whom I missed to ask names were definitely like a family.

Management- Extended their kind hands for every single need I had, especially MD Vishnu Namboothiri. He is an inspiration and a man with a strong vision. Very considerate approach from him and his family members made us feel home. I was even given a call to confirm my safe arrival home after discharge.

Above all, staffs including medical and non-medical staff do their services very pleasantly, making us feel comfortable, which is a very rare thing to find. Smiling faces are quite important to make a patient feel comfortable, which you can find here.
